afishycompany.com is a part of Buckingham Nurseries, a well established family run business which has provided an excellent service for gardeners since 1945.

How to use this Catalogue

First find the items you wish to purchase by browsing through our catalogue or by using the search page. Then click on the "Add to Basket" button next to that item. You will then be asked how many you wish to purchase. Type this amount in and click on "Order". The item will then be put in your shopping trolley and you will be taken back to the catalogue so you can select additional items.

You can view the contents of your trolley by clicking on "Basket" at any time. You then have the option to remove items from the trolley or alter the number of a particular items in the trolley.

When you wish to purchase the contents of your trolley click on "Check Out". You will be asked for your name and address and payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (see below for information about credit card security).

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order you will be given an option to send your payment in separately. You will be given an order reference number. This should be written on the back of the cheque (or on a piece of paper attached with the postal order) with your full address and postcode and sent to us by post.

Carriage and Packing

There a postage and packing charge of £3.95 for orders under £20, over £20 orders will be dispatched free of charge. Pond Liners are sent directly from the manufacturer. Free delivery is not available on Pond Liners. At present we only dispatch to UK addresses.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders the next day, assuming the item you wish to purchase is in stock. If there is likely to be any delay in dispatch we will let you know as soon as possible with a proposed date of delivery.

Back Orders

If for some reason your order cannot be dispatched immediately we will give you the option of being put on our Back Order System whereby your order will be kept on file. As soon as the product becomes available we will inform you we are able to dispatch the product and give you an approximate delivery date.

Prices & Tax Charges

All prices include VAT. A VAT receipt will be issued once you have entered your payment details.

We aim to keep all prices on this catalogue as accurate as possible, however should a price change we will inform you before you are charged.

Credit Card Security

We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption (this is a lot more secure than standard SSL shopping sites). Credit card details are only decrypted after they reach our office. They are not held in clear text on any web site and never sent in an e-mail or e-mail attachment. We take internet security very seriously and are confident that credit card details given to our on-line ordering system are secure.

However, if you are unhappy giving your credit card details over the internet you can send them separately by fax, phone or letter (we do not recommend sending credit card details via e-mail). When you place an order you will be given an order number. Please make sure you quote this, together with your full address, postcode and daytime telephone number when you send your credit card details through.
